Bad Pots?

I'm growing some tree wall trees in some pots I found but the trees in 2 of the pots always die(I've tried planting trees in them at least 5 times), the rest of the pots seem to work fine and the trees live most of the time. Is this just bad RNG on those 2 pots or can pots effect the chance of a tree living?

Pots don't affect chance. You need tons of Stocks and cultivars, frontier and wilderness and natural philosophy to increase the chance.
At 320 S&C, 140 F&W and 145 NP I get about 70% success rate on average

OK, I was just checking, because my other pots have about 60-70% success rate and these two have a 0% success rate, must just be bad RNG.

With FnW 139 SnC 285 and NP 155 I get ~90% success on trees, afaik pots do not influence the success chance.
Beware though, the skills of whoever makes the cuttings do count as well!
