There are a couple things i am confused about one of them being how to i make a fire another one is how do i delete a charater. plz help

There are 2 ways to make a fire.

1: Pile of wood
2: Fire pit

Pile of wood can be made with 4 branches. Then it needs to be lit by a fire source such as a lit torch, flint & steel, tinderdrill. In your case that will probably be a tinderdrill.

Fire pit requires 10 stone and is a permanent location for fire whereas pile of wood disappears after a couple hours. You then need to drag up to 10 branches into the fire pit by right clicking on the ring. Then you need to apply fire to it like mentioned above.

You cannot delete a character. It will only be removed from your list if it is murdered.

well i figured out how to get the branches and everything by myself, but now i cant build one. all it tells me is i dont have the materials, when i do

What you do is in construction which is the hammer then you click the pile of wood and then you place it, then you get a sign and don't move, grab the branches from your bag one at a time starting and then drop them into the branch colem which came with the construction pop up and then build! once done you go into utility in crafting and make the tinder drill

You can also hold one building material on your cursor, hold SHIFT, and scroll your mousewheel to add or remove items from the building signs quickly.

You need to craft a tinder drill, then left click it to pick it up and right-click on your pile of woods. It doesn't always work.
Building a fireplace is better, it burns for 3:20h, you can re-apply twigs to make it last longer and you can bake stuff in it. If you want to light several things use a torch.
Deleting characters is entirely unnecessary, since you can have a lot of them (>100 confirmed). They only vanish when they die.

You just responded to this guy 32 days later. If he didn't figure out how to make fire in the last 32 days then I'm afraid he is probably a lost cause.
