KO in main City

Help, I got bit by a snake in just north of Roanoke, I ran all the way to Roanoke, and KO'd in the town square...

Upon thinking I am safe to KO here, a person with a green mask came to me and stole all my clothes, equipment and silver !!!!

Is this a bug or intended? People always told me the main City is safe to afk or KO..

After a few minutes she warned me that an Evil person could just steal everything off me.
If it was not for Candy returning my clothes, equipment and silver, I could have lost it all...

people cannot attack you in roanoke (and animals shouldn't be aggressive). However, once you're KO'ed I don't think there's anything stopping you from being robbed (although people can also send you home - gotta get lucky!).

I remember an incident when someone lured a bear to boston, and fought it. The bear's roar would damage anyone standing around, as well as the person fighting it (as they do out in the wild). I cannot remember whether it got fixed or not.

Best bet: afk in a house/mill, or don't afk at all. What do you gain from being afk?
