So i made a key to both our gates. I used the wiki and followed the directions but her key still doesnt open the door but mine does. Can someone explain the process for this "retard" newbie so i can have a key for both of us that works on each gate and lock? thanks in advance.

You need to hold the key (it should be green for you), then right click the key over her to attune it to her. It will change to red for you and green for her.
