Firewall blocking?

So, I've got a new laptop and I'm building everything up. Installed Salem before the firewall (priorities you know), and it launched fine. On second launch, the firewall asked for permission, and an exception was created, but no launch. If I disable the firewall it works. It needs to work with a firewall exception but damned if I can see why its not. Its the same Firewall (PC Tools Firewall Free) as my other rigs, and works fine there.

I've removed and recreated the exception. I've cleared the Java cache and downloaded a fresh Salem installation. Same result every time. Here's the error:

What do you need to configure the firewall? Does it want ports? Salem needs TCP 1871, UDP 1870 to connect.

If you're having issues connecting with Ender's see if you can connect with the default client. (Shouldn't make any difference, but does in some cases. Goes the other way at times, too.)
