So I finally raised my cabbage fields influence to 100% of the first bar. Planted another batch, dumped some lime on it, and waited. I've really wanted some tier 2 cabbage for a few weeks now, so I was glad I finally got to 100%. Well, I harvested colewort from the three fields that were at 100%, not one green leaf cabbage. I've re-read the wiki over and over, and somehow I'm still under the impression that 100% fields would give tier 2 products - "if the total influence is between 100% and 150% the field produces tier 2 products" from Agriculture page.

I understand you have to rotate crops, but I assumed that was only for getting t3 stuff. So now with all the new changes to food, I'd love to have some tier 2 stuff - but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen any time soon. I can't believe there is NO reward for getting 100% influence in the main bar on a field. Just a nice full bar to look at when inspecting fields, what.the.*****?

To get green cabbage you need to fill up the third, blue bar by planting cotton first. With the red bar filled, you can, however, get barley. For that, just plant cereal now.

Likewise, if you fill up the 4th bar by planting pumpkin then you will harvest white cabbage. If you fill both the 3rd(cotton) and 4th(pumpkin) bars you will harvest the tier 3 product, red cabbage.

Godamnit, why did they make this so complicated??? Ok, so I want green cabbage, so I need to raise the influence of the blue bar with cotton? If that's true, I'm gonna have a lot more work ahead of me - and now I'm really aggravated because I don't give two ***** about tiered cereal. Although, barley may be more useful now after yesterday's update.

You can also grow Indian Cotton on that field. But if you go with barley and push influence on cereal bar too, you can get tier 3 cotton eventually.

If you have full bar 1 (cereal), then you can get tier 2 products from planting either cotton or pumpkin on it.

Exactly. So having that red bar raised is still very useful.

so with a full bar you get only t2 stuff? cause ive been doing some rotations around 60/70 of a bar and i got like t1stuff +1/2 t2 stuff and i was pretty disapointed

Correct. Only with a full bar you'll get T2 crops exclusively.
