Beside pressure cooker do alembic and the rest still blow up after latest 1UP update?

I guess they will, if you let items in them for to long.
If the status reaches 'clearly unstable' you should be careful. But it's more likely you use just the items if you don't press to hard and stop whenever you reach that level.

Not exacly,the instability alone doesn't mean that it will blow up. If i understand correctly, if the item cannot change it's value anymore you can leave it as long as you want in the oven. For example for low purity stuff,if the highest is 27 and the 2nd 25,1 then when the 2nd reaches 27 it will stop rising and will not blow. But if the item is clearly unstable and the 2nd value can still rise,then there is a chance it will blow.

P.s i don't know if anything changed with the update,though i really doubt it.

It will still blow up depending on how imbalanced your item is but from what I understood, once your items have reached their full potential they will stop cooking and will not blow. Should your items become too unstable before they reach that balancing limit however, it will still blow up
