Best bulk foods?

For a hermit, what do you consider the best food to craft in bulk for healing? I've been doing oatmeal crackers and cabbage cakes, with a little roast turkey when I have the meat.

Rules for food should be a) not foraged b) highly efficient c) 2-3 ingredients

What is your go to food for healing? I'm just curious because I haven't had trouble with making food, I just want to make sure I'm not missing a really good recipe. Baking seems to be the best option, but I think I like Gelatinous Lard over Gingerbread Men, but inspirationals aside, using flour seems the best way to make bulk foods.

I find Humble meat pies to be pretty good for healing.. Any kind of meat works, and all you need is one cut and 2 shreds.

I'm eating one now.. 8-)

The day I have to make lumberjack frikadel / roast meat again is the day I remove Salem from my computer.

Easy bulk regen:

Oatmeal Crackers
Dry pies
Cabbage cakes
Cabbage Rolls (give lards occasionally when cooked)
Pretty much any cabbage leaves (I like white cabbage the most for regen, only need to tier up a pumpkin field for it)

Not as easy but bigger healing:

Cabbage Crumbs (give lards semi-frequently when cooked, need a tiered cotton field for the GC)
Pumpkin Pies

At 0% right now, so that's not gonna be possible.

I can add that one to my recipe list.

I kill deers when they are around my claim, but I'm not sending my main out much anymore. That's why I need to build up my scout alt. This one falls under the 'no forage' rule, but I don't deny that killing deer en masse is more then enough meat for a hermit to live on for a while.

Ok, so that pretty much confirms what I thought. Lot's of baking with cabbage, throw the turkey meat into cabbage rolls or meat pies. I was already focusing on cabbage/cereal. Looks like pumpkins and corn get the shaft, but of the fields I have, only 3 have pumpkin and 1 has corn, so this is not much of a surprise.

Thanks for all the answers, keep em coming if you have something else to add to the list.

Crispy Crickets
Catapult with left over dross, one shot with saber
Roast them for 10+ humours and lardy lard.

Yeah, unless cornmeal purity has been fixed since the last time I made any, I'd go with other foods. Once it's fixed though, it'll actually make pretty good regen and gluttony stuff, so I'd keep raising them if you are able to spare the space/humus.
