My leanto disappeared

I just joined and i was at first confused as i didn't saw my homestand indicator, and i went where my lean-to was and there was nothing there :S, i had 2 boxes in and obviously those also disappeared.

I know that if you don't repair it it starts turning red and end ups disappearing. This was NOT the issue because there are 2 more leanto that where made at the same time and are still there.
Could have it been destroyed by other player? but that wouldn't that leave scents? i had tracking and i didn't saw anything :S(i wasn't on a claimed land, i didn't had a claim yet but i am gonna create one now )


I am really pissed because i lost the contents of those boxes full of inspirationals . I get that i lost them, but i just want to figure out why so it doesn't happen again.

Did you check for scents, although it can be dine without leaving any.

Yes i checked, and i didn't see anything with tracking active, but you confirm that even if its on an unclaimed land(but the leanto was claimed as homestand), it should leave scents?

I am the same way before posting , no clue what happened. Thx for the answers though

If the lean-to was claimed as a homestead, it will leave scents. Only one condition will stop this, and that is putting a claim down over it. Scents of crimes don't always show up when you first look. Sometimes you have to reload the area multiple times to see all the scents.

Someone may have claimed the area it stands on and destroyed it. Afterward they may have removed the claim.
