I want to destory a Plank fence but I don't have enough Humours. I have eath 45.

If your humours aren't high enough, you have several options:

1. humour up
2. hire someone to do it (obviously risky)
3. if the fence is on your claim, declaim the area and let it decay (costly and takes a while)

How many do I need about the humours?

I don't know exactly, but I was able to take one down without too much issues at around 120 phlegm a few months ago, although I don't know how strong/weak the plank fence is at the moment, since there has been some tweaking. If I understand correctly, you have all your humours at 45?

Yes, my humours are 45.

Then that certainy will not be enough. If you want to take the risk, you can ask someone to do it. Maybe there's someone you think you can trust. It would, of course, be safest to do it yourself, but you need a lot more phlegm then, which means that plank fence will remain standing for the time being.

You need, if I'm doing the math right, >40 Phlegm to even try to damage a plank fence. You'll more likely want a good 50% more than that so you're no burning out on phlegm too fast. They also have a LOT of HP, so with 45, you're only doing a couple of points of damage per tick.
