Does anyone here have experience raiding & accumulating criminal debuffs in the darkness in an area covered by a church?

What sorts of time reduction do you get being on the edge of the 1000x1000x church radius while under:

10 Debuffs
20 Debuffs
30 Debuffs
40 Debuffs

Is anyone able to theorycraft distance + time reduction on this? It would be greatly appreciated.
