I recently was raided and ended up building a ranging alt. What kind of bile levels should I have before I even start out? I've been grinding silver lockets to get my C&D skills up. Also any suggestions for starter gear and what to slot? Thanks

All biles over 400. WSS seems popular.

1. You need a townclaim
2. You need enough braziers to deter a large raiding force hunting anyone with criminal capabilities (100-300 braziers)
3. Artifact clothing (100-200 minimum common combat power and defense (piercing included))
4. 150-200+ Biles

2. Yeah, you need a vault that is dedicated for defence only. And the ranger should live far, far away from your main base and your main char.

Ranging wouldn't really work in this game with the current political status IMO, tribe does all crimes and you cant really fight them.
And if there are crimes they DON'T do then they probably end up tracking them lol

PS: That applies to Plymouth, idk how its like on the other servers

Throw-away alts are quite usefull to, especially with that last update you can grind a 50 biles character with C&A easy now.

a 100 biles character can rush small claims and destroy the leanto -> summon kill the perp.
