I have Tresspassing, no Larceny.
There is a claimstone, but I can still steal? (yes the land is claimed).
How does this work?

Are there any bugs?

maybe its because upkeep wasnt payed to the claimstone, making it a free-for-all "claim"

There is a sealed off area with a sign which I haven't read - perhaps it is a honey pot for noobs?
