Just a short question:
Is it possible to destroy a stake claim of another gamer? Unfortunately I've got robbed (walls broken, etc...) and my stake claim is lost.

Yes, if it's out of upkeep silver. Or if you put a town claim over it, then you can declaim it even if it's not out of upkeep by paying 2x the silver it took to claim the land in the first place.

Hmmm ok ... The thing of "upkeep silver" is completely new to me. I've thought when I've once claimed a part of land there is no chance to lost it again.

No, if you right click your claim stake you'll see a number like 150/300 or something. The first number is the silver currently in upkeep, and the second is the max. Fully charged claim takes 60 days to run out of silver.

Claim upkeep is 4 + claimed tiles/300 per day iirc.
Example: My main claim is medium sized at around 3000 tiles, that means it costs 4+3000/300=14 silver per day upkeep, which is not much for a settled player. 1 cotton covers that for example.
I had to put down initial costs of 3125s to claim it, that's the same as 223 days of upkeep! It gets worse with larger claims, so the upkeep doesn't really matter, the initial cost is the problem (for larger claims).
Town claims are a different matter, they don't cost much to enlarge, but the upkeep is much higher (40/day just for the minimum area).
