So a deer just one shot me.. ( i have 10 blood)
Pretty crazy.. anyone know how much blood i need to kill a deer now? 20-30? Seems like it will be hard to get that. I cant find any blood food.

Deers always did 10 damage with their charge

Use guard next time.

They only have 15 HP, 20 YB and fencing and you can just tank them.

Or you could set up perching stomp points blah blah but that seems like so much effort.

For months I had a homestead with only 6 farms with crops at 0% purity. I grew food and planned ahead to make what I'd need to level. I suggest using the wiki to find the best recipes to raise your blood. For the record, deer are beyond your ability at the moment. You should be focusing on crickets for a while then rabbits. You're not ready for deer.

rabbits are easier then crickets. but trying to get brains for leather ><

Yeah, you should be able to take both. In the meantime, you can buy leather/brains or trade. Talk to players, meet people, check out the trading sub forum. Find someone with ample supply or the ability to gather brains who you trust and set up a deal.

Is it just me or does this belong to the Help section?

Its a slow process but you can use a slingshot on a ledge to kill deer when you are low lvl. Same goes with beavers.

20 blood and 20 yellow bile enouh to kill a deer with upper cut / stomp?

Depends on what deer you meet. Some deers like to take LSD, and will spaz out, chain-charge you a good 2-3 times in melee range, so fight them on 20 blood at your own risk
