What I learned so far is that rabbit tend to increase phelgm, roasted chestnuts tend to increase blood and black bile, and rattler meat tends to increase blood also. Can someone lead me to a food guide or tell me what increases yellow bile?

As you can see, there's been a lot of discussion on it. What exactly is useful depends on what range you're looking to increase in. 5-10? 10-20? 20-50? 50-100?
I am a moderator. I moderate stuff. When I do, I write in this color.

I found "Fish in the Reeds" and "Filet on the Rocks" to be useful before I started making Cabbage Rolls and Mushroom Pie.
Anything made with Lavendar Blewits is also useful, but I wasn't in a biome that yielded any (damn you, savanna!!!).
Also, each food will SAY which humours they will increase during gluttony. That's not a mystery. Learning what a food gives before you make it is a little tricky though without wiki access. Also tricky is understanding how Gluttony works at all.
I point this out because I'm 99% sure that Roasted Rattler Cuts give you a whole lot of nothing during gluttony. Not even a figurative "small amount", but actually zero across the board for all 4 element-chances and all 4 humours.
Also, don't let your biles get too unbalanced, otherwise it will become impossible to balance them, since the effect of food depends on the relativity of the bile in comparison to the others. The Wiki is a tremendous help though. At one point I had 6 phlegm, and the others were in the thirties. A player helped me out with better food, otherwise that would have never been fixed.
