A Writ of Homesteading? If the wiki really says "writ of sealing" then there's a typo that needs to be corrected. Could you point me to the page you read that?

A "Writ of Homesteading" is used as one of the required materials (along with 5 stone) for making a "Stake Claim" which allows you to own and purchase land in its vicinity.

What additional information do you think that wiki page should contain? I ask you because new eyes are best for determining this kind of thing.

I would say tips on how to gain silver and it should tell you to right click a white stall to be able to buy the writ. Took me a while to figure that out

Check the "Useful Links" thread. Someone made an "Early silver earning" thread, and I believe Sevenless has touched on it in his guide. You can always use the cash shop to purchase silver or even the Settler's pack which provides a Writ of Homesteading if I recall.

To note, you should ONLY ever buy it from the White roofed stalls, never the blue ones or from another player.
