Skills for Water Purity?
Posted: Fri Apr 12, 2013 5:53 pmIs water purity capped by a certain skill? Found some nice 6% water and it looks like it might go higher but not sure if my skills cap what I can see.

Posted: Sat Apr 13, 2013 4:27 amI verified with a my Farmer and my Lime Alt sampling water from the same spot. Both waters were the same.
