So my friend logged in and he jokingly said:
-Omg there is someone in our base, I have to kill him! (it was me).
So he came up to me and punched me... And It dealt damage! so we were like wth neither of us had the rights of the englishmen.
We tried again partying up it still dealt damage..
So is this a bug?

Was it his claim? AFAIK, you don't need Rights of Englishmen to attack people on your own claim.
