I logged in last the other night and found a body with stars circling his head in front of my main gate. I take it he tried to bite off more than he could chew. I went to investigate and realized there was nothing I could do besides send him home so I just left him.

So what options were available to me? I thought you could take his goods. I don't really want to invest in Cain and Able. (at least not yet) since I am just a peaceful farmer. If he really wanted my 1.2 ore or my seeds, I would have given him some.

Sending him home would drop the current inventory of the perp, only by murdering people you gain acces to their equipement.
