How can i get a hold of someone about the store?

bought some stuff from there last night, originally everything just showed up, but 2 of the sales only went through on my end, that is to say, they took my money and gave me nothing in return, i thought it was just a timing issue so i went to sleep and found other things to do, but its been over ten hours now and nothing

You should actually just contact Paradox support directly:
support@paradoxplaza.com. Emails for Salem will get sent to the proper person(s).

I sent an email to the paradox sales email, think i should send one to the support one too?
Edit: sent an email to the support email as well.

so now they have me wait on them to assign someone to the problem, right after telling me they dont work nights or weekends. wonder how long this is going to take
