Skills capping purity
Posted: Tue Apr 09, 2013 11:09 pmDoes anybody know exactly how it caps it? As in, if I have 20 mines and mountains, what's the max quality quarried stone I can get? (As the wiki says it affects quarried minerals) Is it 20%?
