I know that the humus you use before planting has no influence, but can I change the direction of a crop by adding humus of a high purity in... as an example salt... to a lead crop? Will it encourage it to become more salt bias?

you just answered your own question there.

yeah yeah @Kandarim.. had a brain fart.. I meant salt bias

It ends up diluting the humus as well.
