I have a question i want to make a town but my mining post is a bit far from my camp, can i extend the influence of my town to the mining post even if there is no connection between the mining post and the town bell?
Let me explain better, i want to expand the influence using boundry stones and put a flag in my mining post, then destroy the stones, can i do that or should i simply build my town somewhere else? :D
thanks for the answers

Just extend it with flags unless its a long ass way. If its going to be a big haul just move the town to the mine.

Move your town to the mine.

You can transfer lime from an outpost far easier than you can ore (not to mention you end up using near 2x the ore per smelter depending on your formula).

Your mine ends up being an important source of storage and is a great way to store coal clamps / coal in event of a prolonged defensive siege.

Endgame for your town you want to be smelting a large amount of braziers for both your town AND your hearth vault anywhere from 100-1,000 depending on your goals. You will be spending a lot of time at your smelters/mine.
