How difficult are they to kill? Whats their health and maximum damage?

I heard they do 33 damage using their special ranged attack.

They have 45 HP.
They roam in packs.
They deal up to ~35 damage with over 120 feral defence in clothing.
How you kill them I leave to your imagination.
However I recommend being able to 2 shot them at the bare minimum.
