cant start new game

Ok, I logged on typedin my info , got the confirmation e-mail and used the link,hit log on and....... nothing. I can see the server info andcome to the boards obviously but hitting on the login button does nada for me.

I clicked on the button that saidplay now after it asked my birthday. i assumed that downloaded the client?

I dont remember that process to be honest. Did you get an icon on your desktop with a witch hat?
