do biles Regen at same rate all the time?

Was wondering do your biles heal at the same rate of time no matter what food you eat? For example does say a wild salad heal your phlegm faster than say a roasted meat or something like that,?

An interesting question. There are I think 3 ways it could work:
-Based on current level
-Based on level you will regen to
-Based on Max level.

I'm not 100% sure which it is, but I suspect it might be based on your max level. When I was at exactly 50 Black Bile, it seemed that I regened exactly 2 points every time unit.

I had suspected that food did not matter, that if anything it may be like you say based on your bile limits.

But wouldn't it be nice to open up a new dimension of food by having some foods which may not heal all that much but does it faster? Opens up more possibility to favor some foods over others as right now it seems like there are only a few good foods to go for and the rest are just like what's the point?

the humour regen you have is completely independent of the food you eat.
I forgot the actual numbers for the rule, but I am sure it is along the lines of
Code: Select all
regain 5% of your max humours every 3 seconds

as long as you have enough stocked to regen.

We more or less have this, since some foods glutton faster than others.
If you would put the volume of food used for glutton and used for healing, I think I know which one is the bigger stack :) (maybe ignoring cabbage leaves)
