Help!
I cannot find anything to reliably put my phlegm up and its starting to get left behind the other humours.
[According to YOU] What is a reliable food to get all gluttonous with to raise phlegm and preferably nothing else?

Sizzled slugs and anything lower decrease too fast to benefit.
Seems there isnt anything as useful as witches hats are for BB?

What about fish? Seems like one or two of those are really good when dried. I'm going from memory on this and not looking on the wiki (not sure if they're even all on there.)

Get Flowers and Berries -> Wild Salad. It's your "witch hat" for phlegm. Slugs and the rest of that bamboozle are not to be underestimated though. Spamming one nice food will get you to 20-30 stats easily enough. But with proper abuse/use of varience you can reach up into the 40's and maybe even scrape 50.

Me and my wife were in the 30s just before wipe.

I think pumpkin pies give a lot of phlegm, but they will of course take a little time to make.
