Best way to locate your home by twink

What's the best way to get to claim of main char by twink? Teleport doesn't matter, as twink has its own initial place (
And for twink there is obviously no pointer to home of main char...

If your main and your alt (twink) are on different accounts then log into both of them and create a party. Then, on your alt, right click your main's party portrait and select "follow"

Following Procne's advice, you can triangulate positions by using the ender client leveling tool to create a grid to measure your angle from a known location on the map. Usiing 2 angles, you can triangulate any position with ease and accuracy.

For example: party with another character in boston and, using procne's method, find your angle to Boston from your current location. Now you have a line along which your character is located. Move other character from boston to homestead (should be a known location on map). Now use procne's method and the ender client leveling tool grid to determine angle. Triangulate; Profit.

What's important is that you have a character with a homestead at a known (or knowable) location on the map. With that info you can triangulate any other location by using boston as the second known location. The ender client leveling tool grid can provide a way to measure "rise over run" to calculate an angle.

What about using crime scents?

Have your main commit some sort of crime against your alt, then have your alt gather up all the evidence and then track down your main's homestead?

I think the best way might be to have your alt purchase a writ of homesteading and build a claim-stone somewhere within walking distance from Boston and place a bunch of random crap in baskets. Your main comes and loots the property and destroys stuff on it, and generally commits as many crimes as possible to provide tracking fuel. Your alt then goes to his temporary property, hoovers up all the evidence, and then "hunts down the vicious perpetrator of these crimes".

If you run out of charge, just have the alt build a Leanto where he is as a new Homestead, and then port back to boston to prepare the claim for another round of Larceny.

In theory that should work, but I haven't tested it 'cause I just thunk it up a few minutes ago.
