Client won't finish downloading

It is most likely hanging during verification. If you use Windows, try turn your UAC off. If not, this is a known and reported bug with jnlps. I wish you could read the old forums, because there is an extensive thread with people that had/have this same problem. Also: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=338
