During hunting on snakes I get poisoned. Now my question is if poison lose its power with time, eating during this time lots of food. Or it can be only cancel by cure, this second I cant make and cant buy - so only option is to die (get stuned and loos skill points)?

Poison can only be cured by consuming antidote. Antidote is costly, so your only option is to avoid snakes.
Snakes can't move through water, so that is your only option at this point.

Get stunned means actually get KO'd, stun is completely different effect.

I was also really hopeful that you would be able to develop your toon to the point that you had a chance of countering the poison effect with food consumption, deminishing the poison potency and finally negating it alltogether.

But, no luck...

Let's look at example from real life. There are regions where snakes are extremely poisonous. A snake-bite from such a snake could result in pretty quick death, which can't be negated by eating lots of food and drinking some tea. An antidote could save you, yet it has to be administered swiftly.
So honestly, no, fatal snake bite is really a good thing to have in the game. I still tremble each time I approach snake to deliver a deadly blow.

Game is not real life. With this argument I can ask, why every snake dont have fang to produce cure?

Snakes occasionally produce etterfang which can be used to produce antivenom.
Game is indeed not real life, however it derives patterns from real life, which in this particular case are brilliantly adapted to the world of Salem.
The chance to obtain etterfang is low because you would not be able to produce antivenom that easily in real life.

Even primitive tribes know how to produce antivenom from what they have. From what I read one flask have 10 units, so could be nice to see in shop one use flask for 25 silver in really big need for beginers.

...or you could buy 100-silver flask from someone's hands, really. Or even avoid snakes. Or try to develop your character quickly to be able to 1-hit kill snakes. Or even use stomp from shallow water to kill them.
I don't see how exactly lack of cheap antivenom is making it harder for new players. You are not asking for bear repellent, are you. Just learn how to deal with snakes and you'll be fine.

There should be some rare plant that cures it, rather than having to buy one for 250s (or whatever it is; too much for me, anyway), or making one from the very snakes you can't kill.

Yes primitive tribes did figure it out after dealing with those snakes for 100's of years.... a Pilgrim recently arrived from England how ever wouldn't know those things.
