Can't see user's status "Last Visited"

How can it be that this option is not shown? Special forum status or what?

I'm not sure and this is just a guess but it may have been deemed that that was a mechanic that gave people an advantage in-game. Stalking the forums for online times can allow you to determine when a player is online in-game and when it's safe to raid them. Like I said though, just a guess, so please take this with a grain of salt.

But I can still see it, and as far as I am aware, i do not have any special forum status ?

If you go to your Control Panel -> Board Preferences, you can choose not to show that option for you.
Someone did that for his account.
