Criminal Act + Snake Bite! If anyone can help?!

Hi Everyone,

So i just got trespassing and walked around someone else's claim! I saw last second that my green bar was almost gone, so i started to run back. Then i noticed im a criminal for 30minutes and cannot log out or restore my humours! No biggy i thought, i will just wait it out at home. However on my way back home one of those lovely little snakes decided to bite me. Then i passed out, i am now stuck with stars in the middle of the map somewhere unable to move.

Does this just mean i have to wait out the 30minutes then it will send me home, or am i stuck here for good?
