Sled is glitched in house wall. Please help!

I dropped my sled on the floor of my house, and somehow it landed way over in the stove area. My character can't walk back there, is there any way for me to get it? Pic related:

IMPORTANT in many cases destroying the house won't even lead to the item, since it might be to far from walls and if you destroy a house you only get the items within the walls.
