Theres a violin player in boston. I think it's like 78 silver or so. What happens if you pay for it?

If he is just standing there, he plays music.
If he is playing music, he (thankfully) stops playing music.

Well the more he plays the more prominent he becomes hence the subsequent increase in the fee

He only plays the same tune over and over again and you can't turn it off by disabling music in the options. You have to mute your speakers or disable all sound in the game.
