When i click create new character it brings me into the "tutorial" area. Nearly instantly i get a Haven Error. I have already tried to re install Java and disable triple buffering but still no luck. I looked at the other thread that had this same error already, still did not work.
My operating system is Windows Vista home premium
224 GB of space
3 GB of space

Upgrading your operating system or replacing your hardware are the only two options. There's nothing the devs can do about it.

For hardware? No, but depending on where you're living at, there's some really cheap options out there if you don't mind good used parts. If you happen to have a notebook or netbook, then there's not much you can do short of replacing it. I believe you can get an OEM copy of Win 7 for around $50-75 US (local prices will vary, of course). (Not sure if upgrading to Vista-64 works, as I've not kept myself well-updated on intricacies between Vista and 7 and driver compatibilities.)
There's always the potential for other fixes, but the thread that was linked was the only known fixes for some specific hardware issues. If you post what hardware you have, I might be able to help dig something up, but I won't make any promises that something different will come around.

Nah its alright, are there any plans for Vista compatibility?

You'll have to ask you hardware manufacturer that. Neither Paradox nor Seatribe can control what hardware manufacturers do. The game is written and Java and uses OpenGL as the graphics API. You can't get more globally compatible than that. If someone had a mind to, they could add a 3D graphics processor and write a driver to run the game on a refrigerator (assuming it had enough RAM and processor speed, which I'm sure it doesn't).
