Is there a way to mix seed purity?

I now find myself with random numbers of seeds as i cant plant less than 25, and i get random numbers from making the cerial seeds

you can combine seedstacks by left-clicking one of them and right-clicking the other one.
You also don't get "random numbers" of cereal seeds from the fields, but rather a total of x seeds where x is the plenty of the field in percents.

Lastly, composting is generally the best way to get rid of excess seeds, resulting in nice quality humus for gardening.

You can right click a seed stack to just split off a few. So, if you have 22 20% salt seeds and a bunch of 15% salt seeds, you can split 3 off that second group and put them in the better group and not lower your purity too much. Don't mix something like salt and lead.

Invest in some cloth or leather seed bags.

As a farmer they are a massive time saver.

Do be careful with them,though. You'll start mixing seeds you don't want mixed.
