How long do I have to wait to respawn at my homestead if I have committed a crime and got knocked out on a the claim? I was trying to grab some herbs on the other side of the claim. I came back over as I was about to get out on the other side I ran out of black vile and got knocked out. How long will it take to respawn!?

24 hour or if the owner sends you home you die.

I was under the impression that it was until the crime debuff ran out, but that sounds correct. Though, to clarify, that would be, 24 hours, or if the owner comes along sooner, they can send you home, or kill you. The act of them sending you home wouldn't kill you.

To clarify that a bit, there should be some commas in there. It's one of three possibilities, not two: get sent home, debuff expires and you return home automatically (minus inventory), or you're murdered for your petty crimes.

You also lose your inventory when you are sent home.
