This mystery around cornmeals, I am unable to find any information WIKI, so, why exactly does gold cornmeal, blue cornmea means? The color, what do they mean? How do I get them?

You have to grind specific type of corn.
Yellow corn, blue corn, white corn, gold corn

Exactly. Blue corn comes from blue influence bar, white corn comes from red influence bar, gold corn requires both
