Once you are murdered, it takes 30min to turn to a skeleton which can then be lifted / moved.

I should still be able to see my body prior to 30 minutes correct?

It'll be a skeleton and you can not see the name.

If you are murdered, you are almost instantly kicked from the game.
You cannot log back into a murdered character,

If you then log into another character, your first characters dead body is visable / lootable for 30 mins, then it turns to a skeleton, which can then be moved.

When you are "killed" by a creature, you do not leave a body behind - you're knocked out, not dead. Your items fall to the ground, and depending on where you are knocked out, you have roughly 10 minutes to get back and retrieve them. If a player kills you, however, you're probably dead-dead, and that character is now gone for good (Salem has perma-death).

If you KO beside water, chances are fairly good that your carried items fell into the water and gone for good - think of water as the incinerator of Salem - what goes in does not come back out.

Ahh I did not know that "fall to ground" I was searching for a body that probably explains it. Thank you.
