If anyone is running Windows together with a non native language like Hebrew,Jap,greek or w/e you need to make Java use US ENGLISH for non Unicode texts in Java Apps (It uses your native by default).
You can do it via Control Panel\Clock, Language, and Region and In there go to Administrative tab and choose Change system locale in there choose English US and it should work.
If anyone is running Windows together with a non native language like Hebrew,Jap,greek or w/e you need to make Java use US ENGLISH for non Unicode texts in Java Apps (It uses your native by default).
