Hey guys, the wiki states (http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Fencing) that Fencing only requires Self Defense to be learned, but I still don't have the option to learn Fencing. Does anyone know the actual requirements for Fencing?

It now requires Rights of the Englishman. Read the announcement section for game updates, this was changed yesterday.
