1.) If I get banned in forums is my char killed ingame?
2.) Am I still able to play the game if I`m banned in forums?
3.) What if I spend real money ingame is there a refund or will you just ähm take it away from me?

1. No, at least that didn't happen to another person who got banned in Forum.
2. Seems so, based on previous case.
3. I can't answer that even though I can guess.

I am unaware of any game that will kick you out of the game if you are banned on the forums.

I am unaware of any freemium game that will refund you after being banned. I am unaware of any pay for game that will refund you after being banned (see Diablo 3 so-called "wine bans" for a recent example).

I am especially unaware of any freemium game that would prevent you spending more money on them after a forum ban.

So for 3) you spend real money they will not stop you using that silver nor will they prevent you buying more. You merely lose access to voice your opinions on the forums.

BANNED 1 DAY

The forums are run here very similar to how something awful is. Bans are often temporary, always in big red letters, and usually the real punishment is the embarrassment.

2. Yes, you are.
3. As you lose nothing, there is nothing to refund :)
