How do i install enders client

I've downloaded the Updater.jar from the enders thread. but all it does is updates some stuff and closes.
Theres no custom client on my desktop. What do i do?

Post in the Ender's thread you got the download from. Someone will try to help you or Ender might help. Giving more specific information also will help those that can help you. Info about java, your computer, the error if you got one.

thanks for the response, ive read almost that entire thread, and saw 2-3 other post with the exact same problems asking for help and people ignored them completely. So me posting there would probably get ignored/overlooked with the rest of them.
