Can't connect to the server

Hello. I recently had to re-install Windows 7 on my computer because of a virus. Now when I try to login to Salem a message pops up showing "Can't connect to server". I checked the server status for the server and it says it's up and runnning. Any ideas on why it won't let me connect?

I fixed the problem. I had to disable my smart firewall to allow access.
