Gardening outputs

What are the odds of getting the output B, from gardening? And is it possible to affect that somehow? So far I've planted ~20 Devil's Worts, ~10 Wild Garlics , 4 tree cuttings and got only output A's and 4 dead branches.

Beaming proud sunflowers are REALLY rare. Over 3 months I have gotten them only 4 times.
With the garlic and trees you were simply unlucky. Keep trying.
Although trees require quite high S&C and NP skills

Yes. When I had 110 S&C and 70 NP, my chance for trees to succesfully sprout was around 50-60%.
When forestry came I had S&C around 90-100 and NP around 55 and the chance was 30-40% I think

That table on the wiki is kinda misleading. You can get a Beaming Proud Sunflower out of *anything* planted in a gardening pots. Hell, I even got one from a tree.

Mr Yes, I was just mocking you a bit for the lazy link, because my question kind of implied that I've already been there. But thank you both. I had completely missed the S&C/NP thing. According to this my levels are currently way too low to get any decent odds.

Regarding garlic, there's a fairly high chance for it to turn domestic, like 1/4-1/3. I guess you just had a bad streak.
