How can I tell? I forgot to write it down and need to tell my friend so he can play on same server. Thanks...

By far the easiest (tho not the most reliable) way is to ask in Boston. That's how I did it, at least.
Though I got 3-4 different answers, but I presumed the one that had most backers was the correct one.

Go to your Salem maps folder (with Ender's client on Windows, it should be 'C:\Users\YourName\Salem\map\' - mine is 'C:\Users\Tasha\Salem\map' for example). There will be a folder in there named 'server.seatribe.se' - that first bit is your server.

Teleport to the city, move a step and watch what name pops up on your screen. If it says "entering Roanoke" you're on Roanoke. If it says "entering Boston" you're on Plymouth. You get the idea.

Still waiting for the "Teleport to Boston..." skill tooltip fix to "Teleport to <yourservername>..."
I keep hearing people say "I'm teleporting to Boston!" on Roanoke and my OCD can't take it

But yea, kinda waiting for a fix for this myself, although it's not really a problem. Me and all of my friends have taken to calling it Boston just because of the tooltip instead of Roanoke.
