About to try and get up to Backalley Pugilism, but I noticed there aren't a lot of good early game C&D items to study. Is there a certain skill that will open a baseline item to make that I can use to get up to 1k C&D?

I, myself, spend hours looking for crap to make The Wicked Wicker Man masques when I started playing to increase my C&D.

Beginning C&D Items are in example Brains, Singing Old Logs, Tumbleweeds and Wicked Wicker Man. If you have Iron later, you can use Lovers Locket with the Rest together to max C&D. Other stuff for it you will find here: http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Cloak_%26_Dagger

C&D is a nightmare! Wait 'til you have to get it up to 6k! It's the second to last skill I need and i'm working on it now but it's taking ages, lol, i'm mainly using combo's of singing logs, (tons of them in my area) wicked wicker man, a taste of autumn, brains and tumbleweeds - up to 5800 atm, two to go!

Mix those up with lovers lockets and it will go a ton faster.

like i said ^^ good way also is lockets with purity
