How do you exit a mine?

Im stuck in a mine walked in just wanted to check it out and theres no exit as far as I can see

There is a ladder where you 1st walked in there.

Its going to be small and should be near the center depending on how they dug out the mine.

Rotate your view if you cannot see it.

It isnt there, but there is a spot where i cant walk I assume this must be it but i cant activate anything

Right click... if those are the stairs you should right click them.

Have you tried logging out and back in, maybe there's a glitch for the stairs.
