Unable to Access Client Files

Recently, I have been unable to access the client files, with either a custom client or the default client. When click the 'Launch the client' button, I get this:

Anyone know what the problem is?

Summary: clear cookies and/or cache. Possibly flush the DNS cache, but rebooting will work, too. As for what the "reference" is... haven't found that yet. Some internal webserver code?

It seemed to have worked fine after a few minutes. Thanks for the answer though.
